Of course! We will do our best to prepare as much as possible, but please understand that we may run out of some items.
Is the Cofffe Shop wheelchair accessible?
The Shop is not wheelchair accessible at this time due to the small size of the Shop. Sorry.
I have a lot of luggage...
We cannot bring large luggage or suitcases into the store this time because the store is too small. It is also difficult to keep them in the store. Please leave them in a locker at the station and come dressed light.
Can I bring dolls, stuffed, etc.?
No. It is difficult to have a moment with your daughter in the store this time. Please understand that.
I want to costume play.
Changing clothes is not allowed in the store. Please refrain from wearing bulky costumes as it may inconvenience other customers.

How do I enter the store on the day of the event?
At the meeting time indicated in your ticket e-mail ( 5 minutes before the start of each session ), we will form a waiting line. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the narrow sidewalks, but please wait quietly.
Guests will be asked to enter the Cofffe Shop sequentially from the start time, at which time a table charge of 1,000 yen per seat will be assessed as a participation fee for the event.
If more than one seat is reserved by one person, payment is required for the number of seats.
If multiple seats are reserved but not used, reservations for more than two seats per person will be cancelled.
Please reserve only the number of seats you really need. Please cancel seats that you no longer need as soon as possible. Please help us to make sure that as many people as possible can attend.
How do I pay on the day of the order?
We accept cash only at the time of order.
Can I take pictures of what's going on in the Cofffe Shop?
Please take pictures so that others are not in the picture. Please do not video stream or record.
I want to do take-out.
We accept take-out orders at the store. 12:30-13:00 / 14:00-14:30 / 15:30-16:00 / 17:00-17:30 are the easiest times to get a take-out order, but please note that you may have to wait for a table as priority is given to in-store orders. Please understand that you may have to wait.
Are there any goods for sale?
There will be a variety of goods from the 'Boundary Satellite Cafe' and other consignments from various circles. We will prepare order sheets, so please ask for them. Cash only.
Do you speak English or Chinese?
Only some staff understand a little.We recommend that you book with someone who can speak simple Japanese, if possible.
Is there anything else to keep in mind in the store?
As mentioned in the Story above, the store is filled with “someone's treasures”. Please treat them with care and do not break or take them home.
Also, please do not wear strong perfume, as you will not be able to enjoy the aroma of coffee.
Let's make each other comfortable by not talking too loudly and by taking care not to disturb the guests around us.
I want to know when the live acts will perform.
You will not know who will perform live at which time until after it starts. Enjoy the secret!
Can I take pictures of the live performance?
Basically, you are allowed to take photos and 1-minute videos of live performances and post them on social networking sites.
However, there are some artists who are not allowed. In such cases, announcements will be made, so please follow the instructions of the staff.
What is a PA table?
The PA table is the table where the Cofffe Shop's sound equipment is located. Please do not approach the PA table with drinks in your hand, as it is dangerous.
